The National Stop TB Partnership in Cameroon
Stop TB Partnership Cameroon was officially launched during a stakeholder meeting gathering 60 participants from the NTP, civil society organizations, WHO country office, international organizations and the private sector in March 2013. The partnership aims at contributing to the efforts against tuberculosis through a unified response from civil society and all other stakeholders, in line with the TB National Strategic Plan. Its main objectives include providing a platform for coordination of agencies and stakeholders to contribute to the fight against TB, MDRTB and TB/HIV co-infection, strengthening community-based TB sustainable activities and mobilizing additional partners and resources.

Stop TB Partnership Cameroon launched in occasion of World TB Day

During a stakeholder meeting gathering 60 participants from the NTP, civil society organizations, WHO country office, international organizations and the private sector, Stop TB Partnership Cameroon was launched. For Social Impacts In Social Heath, a civil society organization that will function as Secretariat of the partnership, welcomed this historic moment when stakeholders have decided to voluntarily come together to support the fight against TB in Cameroon, each bringing its resources and expertise.
