About TBTEAM
TBTEAM helps countries access high quality and timely technical assistance by encouraging advanced planning according to needs and by sharing information about these needs with technical assistance providers who can help. Countries may apply for technical assistance through standard WHO channels, by submitting requests to country offices, or through TBTEAM focal points.
In order to make a request through TBTEAM, beneficiaries must either contact their National or Regional TBTEAM Coordinator(s) directly or send an email request to tbteam@who.int. Anyone can request technical support through TBTEAM, but all requests, even those that come through email to tbteam@who.int, will be channelled through Regional/National TBTEAM Coordinators. Once approved by National/Regional TBTEAM, the requests will appear on the TBTEAM website where technical support providers can view them and respond when they are available to help.
All positive responses to requests for assistance will be sent to Regional/National TBTEAM Coordinators who will make the final decision on which expert is engaged to conduct the mission. Please visit the TBTEAM Partners page to find the relevant TBTEAM focal point.
