| Profile: | Public health researcher with a PhD from Liverpool School of Tropical Medcine working for over 10 years in Africa and Asia to promote the use of research as a tool in disease control. Since September 2007 she is working as senior epidemiologist with KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, where she is assisting national tuberculosis programs to develop operational research capacity and is providing technical assistance to countries carrying out TB prevalence surveys.
