| Comments: | WHO/EMRO staff (Dr Seita) visited Southern Sudan from 26 July to 3 August 2009 to review TB care particularly its M/E component that is supported by GF R5 (TV/HIV) and R7 grants (R5 started from 01 Oct 06, R7 started from 01 Nov 2008). Dr Seita assisted the national TB programme, UNDP (PR) and other partners in strengthening M/E component in TB care so as to avoid the mistakes that happen in the R5 implementation, and more importantly to improve performance of R5 & R7 grants. In order to achieve such objectives, Dr Seita accompanied GFATM staff.
