Comments:-Reviewing and revising phase 2 plan for GFATM Round 8 including incorporating the activities addressing the review mission recommendations, and addressing certain gaps that were identified during phase 1 implementation
-Updating the monitoring and evaluation plan and its framework based on the most recent epidemiological situation and WHO recommendations on impact measurement
-Aligning of the Global Fund performance framework with the NTP monitoring and evaluation framework
-Reviewing of the form describing the status of phase 1 implementation, and request for funds for phase 2 from the GFATM.
