| Comments: | The mission, conducted by Dr Martin van den Boom, improved the TB grant performance of Round 6 as it clearly focued on producing a nationial assessment hiighlighting addressing the weak points of PAL implementation. The weak factors were identified, and consequently addressed by mission recommendations regarding the strenghtening of a national working group in order to contribute to much need technical updating of nationally adpated PAL guidelines. Furthermore, advice was provided on refining the choice of feasible PAL indictors and the development and introduction of a PAL supersirory plan and scheme whcih can be conducted together with NTP supervisory visits. |
