| Terms of Reference: | TOR: To review and revise (including rewriting suggestions) the Global Fund TB R10 proposal objectives and SDAs related to TB infection control (by desk review) between 15 July and 7th August 2010.
This desk review can be done during a part or during the totality of this period.
The reviewer will ensure consistency and sound approach according to IC WHO policy for all Infection control parts included in R10 form ie question on summary, on weaknesses, on interventions, on detailled budgets, on performance framework indicators, and annex B on supplies.
TBTEAM secretariat will collect draft proposal from countries and will send the document by e-mail to selected reviewer .
Timeline: 15 July-7th August.
Each reviewer is expected to review a country proposal within 2 to 5 days after reception of the proposal |
