| Terms of Reference: | Purpose/objective of mission (TOR): The proposal to establish a centre of excellence on PMDT in the African region was approved late March 2010. The purpose of the visit was to quickly follow up on this and set in place events leading to disbursement of the funds as soon as possible.
The main objectives of the visit were;
1. Review progress made on the establishment of a centre of excellence in Rwanda. Discuss the KNCV/MoH draft agreement
2. Encourage the MoH and Rwanda University/ School of Public Health to put in place processes which ensure a smooth implementation of the work plans.
3. Attend the CoE steering committee meeting
