| Terms of Reference: | i) Evaluate improvements in the TB laboratory network in Uzbekistan over the last 5 years in comparison with the baseline assessment conducted by Project Hope in 2005.
ii) Identify gaps in provision of TB diagnostic services with respect to the organization, structure, diagnostic policies, data collection and quality management, bio-safety, monitoring, supervision, equipment, maintenance, workload and human resources.
iii) Make specific recommendations for development logistic system for the collection and transportation of specimens that allows access to TB diagnostic services according to the National Strategic Plan.
iv) Assess implementation of current protocols for quality assurance at different levels laboratory services.
