| Comments: | Mr. Shafqat Munir, a national consultant (Pakistan) & Ms Ruba Hikmat (WHO staff) provided support to NTP Pakistan in September-October 2010 to develop a media engagement manual. The manual was drafted by the national consultant with inputs from Ms Hikmat and comments of stakeholders were secured through a consultative workshop sponsored by NTP Pakistan. The R6 grant has long term activities with journalists and other media for awareness and advocacy. The manual is expected to guide NTP, PR Mercy Coprs and several SR partner NGOs in effectively organizing grant activities including journalist trainings, media workshops and conducting public relation activities under component 3 of the grant. |
