| Terms of Reference: | 1. To assess and develop an action plan for strengthening laboratory capacity in Cameroon for the diagnosis of TB and detection of multi-drug resistant TB strains, that ensures that new TB tools will be properly integrated within the national TB control program.
2. To meet the key partners supporting the diagnosis of tuberculosis in Cameroon, to present to them the project and to look for collaborations in terms of their contribution regarding the components that are not covered by the EXPAND-TB.
3. To learn about the objectives and strategies proposed by the Ministry of Health in response to the incidence of tuberculosis in Cameroon.
4. To set up a framework for collaboration between different parties supporting the diagnosis of tuberculosis in Cameroon, and how to coordinate activities.
5. To visit the TB National Reference Laboratory and regional Laboratory, to assess their diagnostic capacity, and their readiness to absorb new diagnostic techniques for tuberculosis.
6. To meet with the WR and Minister of Health to brief them on the project and assessment outcome and to discuss the memorandum of understanding signature and its requirements
7. To meet the Minister of Health for a debriefing of the mission
