This conference will offer an opportunity to review the progress made towards the attainment of the MDGs and share best practices for overcoming the challenges of controlling TB, TB/HIV and other lung diseases in the Africa Region. Organisers hope that this conference will accelerate progress towards the implementation of policies by national authorities, development partners and all stakeholders involved in the fight for good lung health and the meeting of MDG targets in the Africa Region.
