Terms of Reference:1. To assess the implementation status of the nationwide TB drug resistance survey (DRS);
2. To assess the decentralization of LED fluorescence microscopy and rapid drug-susceptibility testing (DST);
3. To assess the status of implementation of the LED fluorescence study undertaken by Damien Foundation; and
4. To assess the results of the expanded project treating patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) with a nine-month highly effective treatment and to discuss the possibility of expansion to other divisions.
