| Comments: | Dr. Rajendra Yadav provided technical assistance to Cambodia for the Phase 1 assessment and Phase 2 submission from 15 November to 17 December 2010. The mission helped to review performance and lessons learned from Phase 1 and to draft the Phase 2 request for continued funding for the Global Fund Round 7 TB grant. During the mission, Dr. Yadav reviewed the implementation of Phase 1, especially by comparing achievements mentioned in quarterly performance update reports with targets mentioned in the performance framework and work plans. He also assisted the country in drafting the Phase 2 narrative, work and budget plans and performance framework for Phase 2, in consultation with principal and sub- recipients of the grant. The Phase 2 Request for Continued Funding was submitted and approved by the Global Fund.
