| Terms of Reference: | In the execution of this work the consultant is expected to undertake the following activities:
• Present an overview of the current practices in developing a costed TA plan to implement the Stop TB plan (mid-term or yearly) through the National TBTEAM and TBTEAM website.
• Develop the framework of a costed TA plan, including:
o definition of TA scope;
o consultative country-level TA needs identification linked with TB plan and challenges;
o TOR with identified beneficiary and measurable achievement allowing a mechanism to feedback on technical support quality;
o TA provider procurement and selection; and
o Timeline and organizational implications for the country and the donors.

o Mission feedback and monitoring of mission achievements against TORs
