| Terms of Reference: | To assist in the Management of the project funded by the Global Fund:
• Helping during negotiation and fulfilment of precedent conditions of round 9 grant
• Preparing implementation plans for each phase of the round 9 grant
• Preparing operational plans for TB Program at national and intermediates levels
• Revision and helping in preparation of operational plans for others partners (SR)
• Preparing Human Resources development plans including supervision
• Helping in the implementation of the plans
i. Coordinating with partners and SR
ii. Training human resources and measuring impact of training activities
iii. Participating in the inter programmatic TB/HIV activities, MDRT TB management, etc
iv. Reviewing technical documents produced during the project
• Continuous M&E of Global Fund Project, including plans implementation, indicators and targets accomplishment
• Identifying technical and programmatic gaps and giving TA to overcome them
• Organize and participate in external evaluation missions
• Preparing epidemiological, programmatic and project advance reports
