| Terms of Reference: | 1. Participate in the development of a checklist to monitor and evaluate progress of poverty pilot districts Kitui and Mutomo (before the visit)
2. Field visit to Kitui and Mutomo districts for poverty pilot evaluation
3. Participate in finalization of M&E indicators to track progress in these districts versus control districts.
4. Participate in the TWG meeting on 24th February (NASCOP Boardroom).
5. Participate in updating of the poverty & gender strategy document and development of policy guideline
6. Participate in writing a trip report and make necessary recommendation
7. Debrief the Head of the program on field findings.
8. Provide TA for TBCARE M&E to KANCO
