Title:GF Round 11 support and National Strategic Plan development

Terms of Reference:TOR for the development of the Strategic Plan:

1) To facilitate the development of Strategic Plan for TB Control in PNG;

2) To conduct discussions and consultations with various partners, and both local and international stakeholders;

3) To conduct briefings with the TB programme, WHO Representative Office and other relevant staff in WHO PNG and all other relevant government entities on issues and progress relevant to the development of the strategic plan;

4) To deliver the final output, i.e., a draft Strategic Plan for TB for PNG. Write a short mission report highlighting issues, recommendations on how to address them and on next steps.

5) To conduct debriefing with the regional TB Team Leader, WPRO STB staff, WPRO GF Focal Point and other relevant WHO staff.
