| Comments: | The nurses present reported training a variety of nurses, allied health worker and community members after their initial TOT session. In addition, most participants did the following; reported on training activities to supervisors and staff in meetings, provided written report requesting support from district managers, trained managers on TB/MDR TB, liaised with various stakeholders, developed a year long training plan and provided community training on TB and HIV/AIDS stigma. The nurses articulated the following as main challenges to delivering trainings; lack of management support, limited time, lack of human, material and financial resources, staff resistance to additional training and staff burnout.
