| Terms of Reference: | The purpose of the mission is to render technical assistance to NLTCP in preparing the necessary Global Fund documents in the process of grant consolidation into Single Stream of Funding, in relation to approved Global Fund Round 7 Phase 2 and Round 10 grants. This will include support during harmonizing the Performance Framework, with indicators and targets, as well as reviewing the M&E, finance and procurement documents. An additional four days of distance support will be provided in the weeks to come to review and scrutinize consecutive drafts for consistency. |
