| Terms of Reference: | This workshop is being organised by the Ethiopian Nurses Association in collaboration with ICN. Gondar was chosen as it will be the site of a new DR-TB Unit. Up to 30 nurses will be selected to be trained in all aspects of TB and MDR-TB with particular emphasis on practice development and people-centred care. On completion of this course, these nurses will address their key challenges in practice by advocating for change and training colleagues on the relevant topics.
