1. La préparation d’un plan d’assistance technique discutés avec les partenaires et répondant aux problèmes identifiés
2. Le renforcement des capacités de gestion de l’unité central du programme national pour les activités de supervision, formation et suivi épidémiologique avec l’inventaire et la mise à jour des outils existants (guide, module de formation, grille de supervision, grille de recueil et d’analyse des données au niveau national, grille de gestion des médicaments antituberculeux, etc) |

| Comments: | TBTEAM provided support to the National TB Programme and GF TB Principal Recipient (PR) in Central African Republic (CAR) in coordination with Grant Management Solutions. TBTEAM provided support for the overall implementation of the GF Round 9 TB grant in CAR including specifically the conditions precedent related to M&E, PSM and TA plan development. This technical assistance took place between 5 August – 25 September 2011 over a series of missions. The following documents were prepared as a result: final technical assistance plan, draft monitoring & evaluation plan, draft procurement and supply plan, and report on status of fulfilling conditions precedent (CPs) and next steps for NTP to manage the GF grant. |
