3. To assist PR-Department of Disease Control in preparing all documents required for Community TB Care component of the SSF application (budget, work plan, performance framework, and M&E plan). |

| Comments: | Purpose of mission: strengthening Community TB Care activities funded by the Global Fund.
Outcome:
Community-based activites from Round 8 and 10 were harmonized to combine similar activities within community-based Service Delivery Areas, and avoid fragmentation. This will facilitate monitoring and evaluating NGO contribution to the national TB response. Large number of meetings were reduced to those clearly linked with improved TB service delivery. There was no other major change in the scope of activities or the workplan of NGOs. Performance Framework indicators to track community activities were partially revised to include community referrals for TB diagnosis, and treatment outcomes were disaggregated by type of care provider. A large number of process indicators were shifted to the M&E framework, with more focus on outcome indicators in the Performance Framework.
