(2) to assess the political commitment for TB control at all levels with regard to allocation of human and financial resources and coordination with other available resources at lower levels;
(3) to assess the outcomes of MDR-TB implementation, identify problems and provide recommendations for the future;
(4) to assess the outcomes of TB/HIV activities, assess the current level of collaboration between the NTP and VAAC in implementing the TB/HIV strategic framework, identify constraints and provide recommendations for the future period; and
(5) to assess the outcomes of health strengthening efforts, financing and human resource development, identify problems and provide recommendations for the future.
