| Terms of Reference: | Tasks:
Under the direction of the Coordinator of the TB/HIV & Community Engagement team at the Stop TB Department of WHO, the consultant will be responsible for developing with WHO focal points assigned to each of the five focus countries, a division of responsibilities to support NTP and NACP staff.
Specific responsibilities could include:
o Regular email and phone follow up to monitor progress in finalizing country action plans and budgets
o Provide feedback on draft country action plans and budgets
o Provide writing and editing support in the development of country-specific materials needed for in-country consultations and sensitizations
o Assist in the preparation and conduct of in-country consultations and sensitizations with civil society-nongovernmental-community based organizations*
o Provide guidance in the development of a process to select civil society-nongovernmental-community based organizations to partner with
o Support development of M&E plans
o Identify and communicate challenges to WHO STB and African Regional office for support, and recommend possible solutions and/or actions to address these
