To assess and analyse national preparedness to accept and implement WHO Strategy “Practical Approach to Lung Health”.
Objectives of the Mission are:
• Clarify and ensure understanding of PAL among main stakeholders.
• Discuss and outline PAL guidelines principles.
• Asses the various health care facilities in Ukraine as the time of the mission permits.
• Identify and help addressing possible overlaps, duplications and synergies between potential PAL implementers at national level in line with on-going health reform and legislation.
• Present preliminary mission results to main stakeholders.
• Provide detailed recommendations on how PAL should be established in Ukraine.
