| Terms of Reference: | • Assess the risk of TB transmission in the existing Mulago TB unit.
• Review the existing Mulago TB unit buildings and existing plans and advise on the appropriate remodeling/renovation required
• Assist in developing and reviewing the building plan to ensure the remodeling meets the required standards
• Assist in developing the Architectural & engineering designs including Bills of quantities for the proposed renovation.
• Advise on the maintenance needs for the suggested environmental control measures
• Provide all recommendations regarding this task in writing to NTLP-MoH, infrastructure division and Mulago engineering department
• Contracting local project director, finance officer and M&E
• Pursue registration of KNCV in Uganda and office equipping- Amos
