| Terms of Reference: | This was the second visit in project that aims to guide and support the development of child TB guidelines and develop training materials for training of clinicians involved in child TB care for implementation of the guidelines in selected provinces. Guidelines developed in 2008 were reviewed and some recommendations made to the NTP for consideration and possible revision. Training materials were developed prior to the visit between June and October 2011 and presented at a workshop in Ha Noi that included representatives from NTP and 4 provinces. Feedback from stakeholders was provided and discussed. The final training package will now be finalized and will be consistent with national guidelines. Tools for evaluating implementation of training in 4 pilot provinces will also be developed following consultation with stakeholders at this workshop. |
