| Terms of Reference: | The present Refresher Training Course and Workshop in TB-IC is part of the project which focuses on continuing to build up the pool of TB-IC consultants through advanced training and mentoring of consultants who have previously participated in other TB-IC trainings and currently do or aspire to provide TB-IC consultancies.
Training objectives:
- To refresh and enhance participants’ knowledge of TB-IC with emphasis on managerial activities and administrative controls;
- To update participants on new developments, best practices and tools in TB-IC;
- To train participants’ skills of providing consultancy and giving advice on managerial activities and administrative controls;
- To exchange experiences and challenges from recent TB-IC consultancies, conducted by participants and co-facilitators;
