| Title: | THE RAPID EXTERNAL ASSESSMENT OF THE NATIONAL TB PROGRAMME IN SOLOMON ISLANDS |

| Terms of Reference: | The assessment will be conducted by the staff of the NTP with support and guidance from one international short-term consultant and from the CLO/WHO Office in Honiara.
The assessment will be carried out making use of the following approaches:
• Document review of all available TB programme management, Procurement Supply Management(PSM) and ACSM related documents including strategies, policies, standard operating procedures, guidelines, proposals and training materials;
• Examination of TB, PSM and ACSM records and data for quality and accuracy;
• At least one field visits to some of the main provinces and semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in person or by phone.
• Meetings and final de-briefing with MHMS and partners.
A comprehensive final report should be submitted by the external consultant not later than two weeks after the completion of the country assignment. The consultant, prior to his departure from the country should produce at least a summary of the most relevant findings and recommendations. This preliminary report can be the documentation used for the de-briefing in Honiara.
