| Terms of Reference: | TBTEAM is looking for consultants with experience preparing or reviewing Global Fund TB proposals to participate in a mock review of Global Fund TB Transitional Funding Mechanism proposals. This work will be done via e-mail and online.
The consultancy will be for 4 days including time for preparation, review and post-review of any alterations made. The requirement will be for a short turn-around (2 to 3 days from receipt of the proposal). Most proposals will come in between 27 February and 16 March.
We are looking for overall TB experts and budgetary specialists.
