| Terms of Reference: | TBTEAM is calling for technical assistance (TA) funding requests from TBTEAM partner organizations to support TB Global Fund grant implementation between now and end September 2012. The focus of TA should be to ensure that countries are able to make the best use of existing GF grants and strengthening TA planning and coordination in countries.
Limited TBTEAM funding will be decided based upon on country need and request for specific partner, discussion with GF Secretariat, need to ensure that grants most in need of support are addressed and that it covers a funding gap that is not possible to address through other sources.
Please complete the attached plan/budget template for your request and update your partner profile description on the TBTEAM website and send to Christian Gunneberg (gunnebergc@who.int), Andrea Braza (godfreya@who.int) and tbteam@who.int by 22 March 2012.
The TA must address a specific aspect of a GF TB grant, for example: performance indicator, Condition Precedent (CP), management action, preparation for phase 1 or 2 grant signature and/or plan preparation or finalization (M&E plan, work plan, technical assistance plan, training plan, PSM plan, etc),
