| Terms of Reference: | The mission will be conducted to make a TB and PAL respiratory diseases relevant health system assessment at peripheral, intermediate and central level. This also included review of the PAL relevant sections of the natioanl essential drug list, procurement and availabity of PAL equipment at all relevant levels and facilites and the establishement of a strong national working group. Assistance to Yemen is of even higher importance in view of the current fragile political situation. PAL is part of the R9, and a workplan as a result of this TA will help progressively meet the targets by increasing the number of primary health care facilities where PAL has been introduced and personnel been trained. |
