| Comments: | The mission was carried out by Dr M Abdel Aziz, RA/STB and Mr Wasiq Khan, GFATM focal point in EMRO. The mission noted that Phase-I of Round 10 is being implemented by NTP along with SRs with JATA being the main partner. The grant was built on the successes of Round 5 A plus rated grant;
•The latest rating of ongoing grant is B1 i.e. average. The implementation is suffering from some critical challenges primarily related to implementation capacity and management. The mission provided recommendations to address these gaps. |
