| Terms of Reference: | 1. To explain the role of the external M&E consultant during the implementation of the TB REACH project.
2. To review the set up and implementation of the GeneXpert including siting aspects, diagnostic algorithm, sample transportation from health centers without Xpert machine, training, M&E, treatment of identified Rif+ cases.
3. To explain and further discuss the “Standard Template Grantee Quarterly Reporting” following the recommendations made in the Baseline Validation Report.
4. To review the project’s data collection and data quality assessment tools in relation to internal monitoring and evaluation plan and the needs of “Standard Template Grantee Quarterly Reporting”.
5. To review on-going activities, work plan and targets
6. To meet relevant stakeholders and discuss the collaboration with the TB REACH project.
