| Title: | Dveloping the guidelines to improve the lung health management in Rwanda |

| Terms of Reference: | This specific objective contributes to
health system strengthening through implementation of Practical Approach to Lung Health
(PAL) which has two main objectives:
- To improve the quality of respiratory care management; and
- To improve the efficiency of respiratory care service delivery within health systems and
optimize the cost-effectiveness of health service delivery.
Specifically, in close collaboration with TB&ORD Division, to further develop PAL guidelines
adapted to Rwanda Health System context and develop PAL modules (both for participant
and facilitator using the pre developed guidelines).
- In close collaboration with TB&ORD, facilitate a 5-day training session of a team of 15
trainers on PAL and assist them during the second week while training themselves a group
of health providers practicing in health facilities.
