| Terms of Reference: | 1. To follow up on the level of implementation of the recommendations of the previous mission conducted in May 2010.
2. To facilitate a stakeholders workshop for the development of strategic and operational plan for the NSTBP from the National TB Strategic plan.
3. To evolve a relevant governing structure for the NSTBP based on who (partners that have agreed to contribute to the plan), what (type of core competencies partners have), how (each partners will contribute and with what means) and where (location within the country of each activity).
4. To develop terms of reference and mechanism for an effective and rotational leadership
5. To develop plan for resource mobilization to support the management of the partnership and its activities
6. To recommend next steps on ways forward for the implementation of the NSTBP plans so developed.
