The consultant shall work on behalf of the TBTEAM Secretariat, WHO/HQ STB, and represent the WHO Stop TB Department on the Global Fund grant renewals panel. The work will be performed in Geneva and no travel will be required. Each country will require review of 500-1000 pages of background material. The consultancy will include 5 days per month consisting of 3 days preparation (including consultation with country stakeholders), 1 day in meetings (panel), 1 day report writing and debriefing with WHO. An initial contract will be prepared for 2 months work and may be renewed depending on need.
