Title:Development of a TBTEAM advocacy document.
Type:Mission
Terms of Reference:The TB Technical Assistance Mechanism (TBTEAM) needs to demonstrate examples of impact of technical assistance on the quality of the Global Fund grant implementation. The document needs to highlight anecdotal and evidence stories on impact of TA on Global Fund processes.

It is expected that the consultant will ask regional and national staff/NTP Fund Portfolio officers to provide us with TBTEAM impact anecdotes. These would need to be written up in an easily accessible format document accompanied by a series of Powerpoint slides.


Output: Advocacy document: written in simple language with key messages demonstrating examples of impact of technical assistance on Global Fund grant processes.
A set of at least 15 ppt slides accompanying the advocacy document.

Time frame: Ten day: consultancy desktop and phone calls to be carried out by the 15 August.

Payment: (P3 grade) per day for 10 days + funding for telephone calls.
