| Title: | Situational analysis of TB control at national and the regional level |

| Terms of Reference: | • To conduct situational analysis of TB control at national and the regional level (taking into account ongoing reform); The analyses should include but not be limited to the following areas
• Governance and organization of TB control programs
• Diagnostic and service delivery capacity
• TB care financing policies
• MDR patient information management system
• IC tools and processes at primary care level
• Existing quality assurance tools and checklists
• Based on the findings of situation analysis identify priority areas for immediate actions and develop a list of specific tools and guidelines to be elaborate for improved case management and follow up; for evaluating infectious control processes in general health facilities
• Assist with training needs assessment of PHP and other cadre of health workers;
• Review existing models for continued professional feedback and assist in development/revision of current checklists and other tools for implementing a program in representative rural areas and then expand it countrywide.
