Title:Conduct an IC health facilities assessment

Terms of Reference:The purpose of this technical assistance (TA) visit is to assist USAID/Mongolia to 1) conduct an IC assessment of two, possibly three health facilities: the National TB Hospital in Ulaanbaatar (at NCCD – The National Center for Communicable Diseases) and the primary outpatient clinic at Enderel Charity Hospital (or alternate outpatient clinic) as part of an overall renovation assessment to undertaken by the USACE; and 2) propose recommendations for effective IC measures to be included as part of the proposed facilities renovation plans. These recommendations may also be applicable at the policy level.
