Terms of Reference:To assist in facilitation of a one-week tuberculosis infection control (TB IC) training course at the Vladimir TB IC Centre of Excellence (COE), Vladimir, Russia. This training was designed for engineers and architects interested in the design theory, administrative, installation, and maintenance of ventilation systems designed for airborne infection control. The second week of trip was a technical assessment of the TB facilities in Kostroma, Russia from the viewpoint of airborne infection control. This is a new region for assistance under the direction of USAID.
