| Terms of Reference: | 1. on APA 3 planning and review of implementation of APA2.
2. Review of CBTBC services in Erongo and Karas region implemented in all 7 districts in teh 2 regions through TB CARE I/USAID funding. The review will include discussing plans with NTLP/MoHSS and the regions on gradual transition of teh CBTBC services toe the respective Regional Health Directorates.
3. Finalization of the draft training and TA plans.
4. As a follow-up of Bert's TA visit in late 2011:
4.1. to continue further dialogue with USAID Namibia on USG's position towards supporting TB (TB/HIV) control activities in Namibia in teh coming 3-5 years, with focus on TB CARE I, and possibly beyond 2015.
4.2. to review the proposed plans for transition of resident expatriate TA positions to local experts, and teh implications thereof.
5. Conduct preliminary discussions about the implementation of Global Fund Round 10/RCC resources and preparations for the mid-term review of NTLP |
