- Evaluation of job descriptions and advice on improvements in clarifying tasks, results and responsibilities per profile (if desired).
- Evaluate and advice on all personnel related insurance facilities, also using the guidelines of the field office manual.
- Develop a training plan for KNCV staff based on a needs assessment compared with available knowledge and skills level.
- Advice on implementation of some HR related chapters in the field office manual.
- Discuss with the team the following topics:
o How to develop and implement a security plan and who is responsible;
o How to implement the KNCV Code of conduct;
- Develop a salary structure according to KNCV standards (if desired).
- Train staff in implementing and monitoring KNCV’s performance cyclus.
- A field visit to get more insight of TB control in Vietnam.
