| Terms of Reference: | 1. To explain the role of the external M&E consultant during the implementation of the TB REACH project.
2. To review activities implemented and validate results to date (against targets);
3. To review the set up and implementation of the GeneXpert including diagnostic algorithm, sample transportation, training, M&E, treatment of identified Rif+ cases.
4. To review the project’s data collection and data quality assessment tools.
5. To assess data quality and conformity to M&E plan (including control pop / historical data);
6. To review confounding factors analysis and mitigation;
7. To identify issues and problems (leading to corrective actions and/or lessons learned);
8. To update strategy and/or work plan if necessary.
9. To meet relevant stakeholders.
