| Terms of Reference: | The objectives of the workshop are:
• To describe and explain the five key components of the National Strategic Plan (NSP): the core plan, the budget plan, the monitoring and evaluation plan, the operational plan and the technical assistance plan
• To describe and discuss the content of each component of the NSP and how to ensure the consistency within the NSP
• To appropriately use the WHO budgeting and costing tool in the development of the budget plan and the TBTEAM instruments to establish a technical assistance plan
• To review and discuss the existing NSPs of the participating countries following the principles highlighted above
• To initiate the revision and improvement of these NSPs
