| Terms of Reference: | PURPOSE
Provision of technical assistance for the revision of the National TB M&E Plan for the National Tuberculosis Programme.
SCOPE OF WORK
The vendor will work with the Programme Manager and the M&E department of the NTP in order to review and update the M&E Plan in keeping with the requirements of Ministry of Health, Guyana and other key stakeholders.
TASKS TO BE PERFORMED
The vendor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Develop a Data Quality and Evaluation Plan.
2. Explain procedure for data validation.
3. Procedures to be follow in case of stock outs.
4. Develop M&E Budget and Work plan.
5. Develop Supervision Strategy for Regional visits.
6. Explain Double channels between HIV and TB Programmes.
METHOD
The vendor will conduct the follow main activities:
• Discussion with relevant staff of the NTP and other key technical partners
• Desk review of relevant documents
• Formulate M&E plan including requirements of key stakeholders |
