| Title: | Consultancy services to develop an implementation manual for the WHO operational guidance on the ENGAGE-TB Approach |

| Terms of Reference: | 1. To inform and explain in simple terms “how” all the elements of the ENGAGE-TB Approach Operational Guidance can be implemented by NGOs and other CSOs and NTPs as may be appropriate. This will be achieved through a comprehensive set of relevant information, recommendations, principles, activities, practical examples and graphic illustrations;
2. To inform and explain in simple terms “how” community-based TB activities could be integrated in other sectors such as in primary health care, HIV, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, water and sanitation, agriculture and income generation, microfinance and education.
3. To explain “how” the two indicators recommended by ENGAGE-TB Approach may be monitored so that NGOs’ and other CSOs’ systems can be harmonized with the NTP’s recording and reporting systems and how the periodic evaluation recommended may be conducted.
