-Review the drug management data and process on e-TB Manager (L) and Philippine tool (Z)
- Based on the information collected & reported by NTP, assist the NTP with the forecasting of SLD needs for Procurement Number 6 (L+Z)
- Assist the NTP with the distribution plan (quantity and schedule) of procurement 6 from the supplier (Z)
- Review the procurement process and plan to streamline and decrease lead time (Z) in line with recommendations of the OIG of GF
- Review the distribution process from the central to the peripheral MDRTB Treatment Sites (Z)
- analyze e Tb manager implementation (reconciliation of paper based PMDT report with encoded e Tb manager data (L)
