Development by international expert “TB CONTROL in PENITENTIARY SYSTEM GUIDELINES” for the Program implemented by the Main Medical Department of the Ministry of Justice (MMD MoJ) of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with WHO recommendations and world’s best practices.

Qualifications/evaluation criteria:
• Strong knowledge in WHO TB management requirements;
• Experience in guidelines development in accordance with the WHO requirements;
• Working experience in the region and with similar tasks;
• Previous experience in TB Control in Penitentiary System;
• Fluency in Azeri/Russian.
Time schedule
Document development assumes on-spot as well as distance work. The task is planned for April-June period. Final document should be submitted to MMD MoJ by the end of June.
